The total construction scale of the first phase of a large data center is about 46,050 square meters, which meets the operational capacity of at least 2,500 racks.
The project is located in the east of the green belt of Changxi Avenue, Nanchang Economic and Technological Development Zone, Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province, south of the reserve land, west of China Traditional Chinese Medicine Company, and north of Jinshui Road. It is an industrial land with a total land area of 120 mu. The first phase covers an area of about 50 acres. The total planned scale of the first phase is about 46,050 square meters, which meets the operational capacity of at least 2,500 racks, including a data center computer room building of 13,300 square meters (550 square meters underground), a power center of 5,100 square meters, and an operation support center 22550 square meters (4750 square meters underground) and other supporting rooms (door guard) 100 square meters. The total investment of the project is 28,681,400 yuan (including Jian'an Investment, 24,546,920 yuan).
